Hi,

We had a pretty good but long day today. Yamile was testy coming home from school. She was fine until she decided to close the car door on my finger. It was an accident but when I said she needs to think about not touching things without persmission she got very upset. This is a long standing argument between. She loves to touch EVERYTHING. At home this usually results in something breaking, something hurting someone else and someone crying. She refused the silla so I helped her in it and stayed with her the whole time. She started hitting me and I just kept telling her how much I love and she needs to listen. She was so upset and then it just stopped she looked at me and kissed me and called me pookey. It was like a light went on in her head. She was good for the rest of the night.

Jorge boo hooed a little for no particular reason. He worked in a workbook tonight and got some stickers and Yamile finshed an entire small work book. It was simple and  she needed a lot of aid but she did it and was very very happy. She also read two books. She only had to read one. She earned two stickers and got to color the one math workbook. She did a great job.

Tomorrow we have a meeting with school. I am looking forward to it.
