Buenas Noches Amigos,

 I felt like I should write something in Spanish b/c I have done very little studying of it lately. I hope that all of my studying has not gone in one ear and out the other.

At home I have been packing and thinking about things I need to bring and call family and friends that I have done little work. Gosh there is jus tso much work to do. We have bought  so many books and learning materials and small fun toys and my friend Debbie sent us so much that it is hard to decide what to bring. Jim and I don’t want to bring too much and don’t want to overwhelm the kids so we are taking some with us, some on our trip across USA and some we are going to put in a bag to use a give aways for being good.

We are still waiting for our apostilled documents and hopefully will go to the Colombian Consulate on Monday or Tuesday. Also our reservations for the Intercontinental are being made tomorrow. We asked for a room with a kitchen. They are giving us a suite. I haven’t stayed in a suite in a very long time. It sounds so posh. Hopefully, I will easily find a supermarket (supermercado) so I can buy some foods and cook meals.
